Terms of Service

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is by magic link or Google.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your content

You retain all rights to the text, images, and designs you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to save your designs, render previews, and generate your exports.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload, and that Your Content does not:

• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Contain unlawful, infringing, or malicious material; or
• Violate any applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• Probe, scan, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service, or circumvent its limits and security; or
• Upload malware or use the Service to store or distribute harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Service availability

As a beta, the Service may be unavailable, lose data, or change without notice. We do not guarantee any particular uptime, and we may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We recommend keeping your own copies of important exports.

Exports

The Service generates image and document exports of your designs for use as App Store screenshots and similar marketing materials. You are responsible for ensuring your exports comply with the requirements and guidelines of any platform (such as Apple’s App Store) where you submit them.

Fees

The beta is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will make the terms and pricing clear before you are charged.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the account menu in the app (your avatar → Delete account). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, designs, and uploaded images, and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dranic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
